In a separate bowl mix the coconut, sugar and butter.
Mix with your hands until the coconut releases enough liquid to dissolve the sugar.
Set it aside for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, grease molds with corn syrup.
Add the sifted yolks, mixing with a spatula.
Place the mixture of yolks in molds, filling to the top.
Set them aside for 30 minutes before placing in the oven.
Preheat oven to 356 degrees and bake them in bain marie.
They are ready when golden.
Unmold when cold.

I made these for thanksgiving, people said they were good.
